I brought my 4runner in with a quick question about my new iPhone dropping calls. Every person I talked to said they have never heard of the issue. I left my car to be looked at, had to take an Uber driver home, got car sick. Then had to get an Uber driver back, smelled like an ashtray in the car and the guy drove with all the windows down because of the smell and no a/c. Get back to toyota, nothing fixed and no answers. I spend half of the day on the phone with Apple and a rep from toyota assessing the issue and apparently no one has “ever heard of the issue”. When I finally get two minutes to myself I look the issue up on Google and apparently this has been an issue for YEARS!!! Multiple forums complaining about the frustration and toyota has yet to update the software in the vehicles to fix the problem!!! So upset. My six year old phone I had last week worked great, my new phone now is not comparable with my $60,000 4runner! Not cool. You are toyota, fix the problem . Oh and the navigation couldn’t get you out of a cardboard box… but to fix that, it’s $300?!? My car only has 30k miles in it, I paid for 120k mile extended warranty and this is not covered?!? No disappointed. The service guy Jack was super nice that I felt with, but not helpful. He just agreed that the navigation **** and the electronics aren’t great and kept referring to my 4runner as “an older vehicle” … it’s a 2019!

I appreciate Frank ****and Joe **** looking out for me. I’m not happy with the tire sensor system in my Toyota RAV4, though. It has given me failures numerous times in the past. I was especially disappointed that I had a tire sensor fail on Sunday after getting one of them fixed on Saturday. To have a problem with the same thing in a different tire only one day later seemed especially egregious. It was almost enough to convince me not to buy another Toyota.

I ask my sister to bring my 17 corolla IM to the dealer for oilchange, Service rep charge me, more than usual synthetic oil change, $93.43... when i called the dealer before going the dealer i was qouted 59.99 +tax, i called my rep and ask why was the change oil was to much, he Said, $93.43 is the basic charge for oil change... from there i feel he was being dishonest, trying take advantage or a female client...
Also when i called back again, just clarify the price for oil change Lily service rep told me 59.99 +tax , so i told here about my experince about my dishonest REP,and she reported it to Ruben(service supervisor).. and told me ill get a call with in the day... I waited, the whole day no call from anybody from the dealer... Very very poor service!!

Next time I’ll be sure to ask for Carlos Lopez. He treated us better last time we were there. The adviser this time was very cold and impersonal. We didn’t felt appreciated nor did she even ask us questions about what we wanted done on the car nor what concerns we had on the vehicle. It wasn’t until we called to check on the status of the car that we found out we needed to have the AC cleaned. It took extra 30mins extra on top of the 3 hrs it took to do the tire rotation.
