Had a broken window replaced. Dean mentioned the mechanic or tech removed “about 95% of the broken glass” from inside the vehicle. I spent over $600 to have this repair completed. I spent about an hour when I got home removing glass that was very easily accessible from inside the vehicle. Additionally, from the sound of the broken glass inside the door, I don’t believe much of an effort was made in cleaning the broken glass that was inside the door. I presume the door panel was removed in order to replace the glass. Lastly, the car was not put through the wash as it has been in the past with normal maintenance. The clean up is not Deans issue. He was good. The techs should have done a better job.
