I felt that she really likes her job and was there to make sure that the

Just like that you made something broken, fixed. Your energy at your job needs to be commended! You are instrumental in making my Toyota Tacoma headlight replaced. Valerie made some calls,last minute on a winter, Covid, Friday afternoon; after 3:00pm Valerie made the call to get this headlamp replaced.
I don’t know Valerie and I have never visited Frontier Toyota in Valencia, but I can witness to something exceptional, to some incrediable customer service. Thank you Valerie for being connected to your teammates on the job, and getting this last minute safety issue with my Toyota Tacoma fixed.

I waited 3 hours for an oil change. Granted, my advisor warned me technicians were breaking for lunch from 12-1. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30.
I was then informed I needed brakes, thank you.
In addition to the brakes, a plug on my tire was leaking. I asked if they were able to fix it as my tire pressure light comes on frequently. I was told it was better to go to a tire shop.
When taking delivery of my vehicle it was unwashed and the tire pressure light was still on …. Lol.
3 hours and you can’t even put air in my tires??? I’m extremely irritated. I am a service advisor. I know how the business is handled.
What I went through today was unacceptable.
