I scheduled for an routine oil change and added other services. I waited two hours for any news regarding my vehicle, I waiting in the lobby and no one came. I had to go to the cash register for answers. They went to get my advisor and that’s when he said “I went to go look for you and couldn’t find you” I was sitting in the waiting area the whole time, he did not go looking for me and if he did go looking for me and didn’t find me why didn’t he call me instead? I waited for two hours for a routine oil change and the other services were not done due to “special parts”. Very upset with this service today.
