I made an appointment for 8am. I came early at 7:15am( I understood that mechanics do not start until 8am). I provided the Check Engine Code which I obtained from O’Reily Auto Parts. I suspect the issue is related to the gas cap. After 1.5 hours I was told they were back logged and they had not even looked at my car. I understand some issues take time but in my case it does not appear that making an appointment saved me any time. Not a good experience

I keep getting calls my truck is ready when I haven’t even took it in yet I told the service advisor and he told me I was not who I said I was but yet he called me don’t really make me feel at ease to take my truck in now that I think someone else might get a call and take my truck just wanted to schedule maintenance for my truck don’t want have to explain who I am and that my truck is at home
