After call 2 people for two day not one return the call… until I walk there and Valerie was on the phone ( with another client) she told me to come in, I explained everything I went thru for the last 4 day. She is amazing she was on top of everything ( updating what was going on with my car) thank you for everything. This is the people you guy need in Toyota for sure. Wish I was advised the status of my vehicle. I had another appointment to be at by 12pm. I scheduled my appointment at 9:30am for my oil change thinking it would be plenty of time for me to get to my other appt. My car was done by 11:30am. Two hours in the waiting room for my 5,000 mile oil change is insane.

Advisor informed me 30 minutes to finish replacing battery and cleaning fuel injector but was charged .6 for the battery and 1.5 for the fuel injection. Same tech done both job in 30 minutes. How can be this being charged for 2.1 hour labor?
