My Toyota rep Lily was good. My issue was I had a 12p oil change appointment and I was there until 3:30p. I was told the delay was because it was lunch time. No appointments online should be available to be made during lunch hours. I had to wait because I didn't have a ride to or from the dealership once my vehicle was to be ready. I lost a whole afternoon waiting for my car to have an oil change. If I didn't have a service plan, I would not come back for services.

Lily Gamboa provided me with one of the worst customer experiences ever and has since made me not ever want to buy another Toyota in my life. If it wasn’t for Frank ****the manager and saving grace of the dealership, I would have most likely sold my truck the day I got it back. From having to provide records, to being blamed for problem’s that weren’t my fault, this was a dreadful 33 days while my truck was stuck at Toyota. Very painful and dissatisfying experience
