Dean , from the Service Department,is a great human being. He is caring, kind, and honest. He explained very carefully the procedures that the technicians had to perform on my Prius which I bought from Frontier Toyota. He made it simple, easy to understand, and very straight foward.
In addition, Ken, from the Parts Department, was very kind, and explained what I needed and why I needed those parts.
All in all, very simple and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. No stress at all.
These 2 gentlemen, actually 3 gentlemen- if you include Ryan P., one of the Internet Managers who sold me my Prius XLE in 2019 brand new helped me a lot. From beginning to end, Frontier is the best of the best.
They get the job done. Thanks to all 3 gentlemen- I am very happy I crossed paths with them.
