When Dean called during my service he told me I needed a new 12volt battery because of the start stop feature on my car. I thought it was an additional battery to the regular one so I thought I had to buy it come to find out it was the regular one at a very high price. Also the engine filter and cabin filters needed changing. I declined and checked them at home. They look that they where never checked physically because the housing had dust all over. So I feel I was trying to be up sold. I know the dealerships are struggling but please don’t take advantage of your customers.
