I’m still perplexed by the fact that the didn’t have the lug nut lock bolts to rotate my tires. They aren’t after markets, I bought my car stock from the dealer and haven’t had any problem with it before. It makes me question what would happen if I got a flat tire, and why I personally don’t have a key to unlock my own lug nuts, as well as why the entire shop doesn’t have access to the keys necessary to rotate the tires.
