Joe **** was straight forward and gave me the breakdown of the costly repair and explained the repair to the point where I felt satisfied I was getting the best and most cost effective repairs to get my car back on the road. The repair was costly, but I felt I got great value and a great customer service for my money.

The reason I am not completely satisfied is because I was booked with one service manager but was told he was on PTO and was told to use another service manager . I went to the office waited for 10 to 15 minutes and no one can locate her. Then when I inquired about the issue was asked yo go to another service manager .
