I had an appointment at 100pm, I arrived earlier at 1'my service advisor was nice and told me that it will take approximately an hour and a half. After an hour an a half I signed the paper and the car that it supposed to be detailed it was washed. They did not vacuum the trunk and had stains inside. Mirrors were dirty inside. I previously had a bad experience in this dealership.
