Tim Rau‘s?3123) mind was in turmoil today. I came in for 26,000 mile maintenance service at 7am and I left at 12pm with unfinished work on my car. Why unfinished?he needed more time. I was at waiting area for 5 hours with series choas events came from him. Confused, frustrated and disbelief.

I made an appointment and even received a confirmation email yesterday. Then today, about 10 minutes AFTER checking in my car, I was told they didn’t have the part required and said the service could not be completed.
