The service manager was very polite and friendly. But they could not fix the bumper gap correctly (preexisting when purchased in 2017) and I think they intentionally broke the fog lamp on that side of the bumper before calling me in to raise the car up and show the lamp that was pushed into the bumper with the support bracket break.

I was picking up my car at the service around 5:10p, there was no other customer but me. I waited in the heat for a long time for my car to come. Finally I asked someone there how much longer will it take? He then tried to locate my car. It was in the front lot all this time and no one bothered to tell me. The person works there (wearing all black with a vest) at the pickup area was so unkind, so unfriendly. Very disappointed at this Lexus location.
