I didn’t realize getting a key fob would take as long as it did. I dropped off my car off at 10:15 and was early for my appointment and didn’t get my car back until 11:30. When I got back in my car, someone left a consumed water bottle on my seat. It didn’t belong to me. I will be back tomorrow to pick up floor mats. I hope the service is better.

Very friendly and cooperative. But The actual diagnostic was to replace a part supposedly broken for 1100 including labor. I did not accept went to a local garage and they fixed the problem in 5 minutes . Disappointing as I ended up wasting 2 hours .
