Overall, I’m always impressed with how friendly and efficient everyone is from the first moment I’m greeted at my car to the final moment that I’m handed my car back! I never experienced this high level of consistent friendliness and professionalism when I previously owned a BMW and dreaded my experience at Irvine BMW!
