While Daven did a great job, I am appalled at the price of a 5000 mile service. I am also disappointed that at 78,000 miles, my car needed a $3000 repair on obviously defective bushings. Seems Lexus should issue a recall since it appears to be an ongoing issue for a 350RX. Just disappointed in Lexus. I never would have expected this on a car with only 78,000 miles. I’m probably going elsewhere for service in the future. Ridiculous.

but you do tremendous over selling. Over the phone I was quoted $100 for 15K service. The advisor wrote up $300. When I questioned I was told it also includes and oil change and that was $150. So why a quote of $300?
