She very active on my car problem but the mechanic need to pay attention to the car before release to customer, i have to come back 2 more time to complete the reset after changing my batery

I dont want to talk or deal with Hugo. My airbag light is now staying on all the time since dealing with this airbag BS for the 2nd time in like 4 years. Im over it. Now I have to bring my car back to see why the airbag light comes on and stays on. I have other things to do then deal with this crap anymore.

We took our 2018 Honda Civic for concerns on our shifting lever locking in place while driving and having to shift gears. We were first told that they didn’t know what was wrong and wanted to charge us a transmission drop fee of $1200 to see if the problem was within. Once we refused they insisted to do one more test by a different technician. Upon agreeing and test being performed they told us that we did not know how to drive manual and that we caused whatever was wrong with it. We were also told “good thing we bought the cheapest of cheapest” because had it been an SI we would have not been cover in anything. (Keep in mind, we still don’t know what’s wrong with the car or if Honda will cover it it under warranty.) We asked for our vehicle to be put together as we had made a decision to take it for a second opinion. Our civic was returned to us with the reverse gear not working at all! We didn’t even bother as they clearly don’t know what they’re doing and have very untrained technicians. Service advisor, techs and manager are horrible with their customer service! Not going back to this dealership for service or new business! Definitely not recommending it either.
