Tony was very helpful. He did not simply say they would take care of the issue with my car but took the extra step to put in an order to inspect the engine For preventative measures. He also was patient when explaining that the percentage of oil life is not equivalent to the level of oil on the dip stick. Considering the fact that I had older cars prior to my new car and I’m new to the more upscale cars with advanced features, this was helpful and informative.

Tony was very professional and compassionate during his time working with me. He and his team were able to determine that my water pump cracked and was very understanding in how much it would cost me and helped walk me through the importance of fixing it while also leaving the decision up to me. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that I was in good hands and could trust him. I dropped off my car late the night before my appt and he went out of his way to help me and go over some upcoming repairs that my car will need so I can start saving some money. We were also able to discuss our love of dogs which helped feel even more comfortable. Any time I need work in the future I will be requesting Tony as my service advisor. Thanks Tony!!!
