Hugo was polite and professional. The gentleman who drove me to pickup my car in the shuttle was exceptional great. I wish I could remember his name but I am terrible with names. Anyway, if all your people were as pleasant and hospitable as the shuttle driver was, I’d buy every car there just for the customer service!
