Service Lady: Annette was awesome and will def use her again.
Mechanics or Driver: They need to pay attention on where their feet are getting in and out of vehicles. They scuffed up the plastic near floorboard , doorsill and the white paint near doorsill. I now have to pay my detailer to correct these issues.

The initial issues was fixed, but when I picked up my truck I noticed a deep scratch on passenger door, that was not there before. My car did not have that scratch before and can confirm it with pictures of my car before I turned it in. Please review your camera, and take ownership of issue to fix the scratch that was made by your team who worked on my car.
