The Customer Service I received from Raul was subpar and bordered disrespect. When I first arrived, he was very nice and accommodating. Afterwards, he felt bothered and irritated. I dropped my car off at 7am and I asked for an update at 12pm, when Raul told me that he had 3 other things to do and he would help me after. He didn’t make eye contact, he seemed iirritable, and bypassed me and walked to his office. Luis, Diana and one of the porters were extremely helpful and helped resolve the situation after.
