Brought my truck in for oil leaks and it was never looked at and I was told to wait until tomorrow I’m pretty upset because u guys had my truck for two weeks for other repairs for a pressure pump that went bad so they installed a new since it was under warranty a rental car would have been nice I have put over $10,000 in repairs on my truck and all I hear from your service people is why I don’t just buy another truck

During normal service, your team was advised that the battery was on the blink. Rather than properly test the battery a cable was replaced only to have the battery fail and make the customer bring it back a 2nd time.
After testing battery was replaced. This should have happened the 1st time, instead my pregnant gf was left stranded due to your techs listening skills. Not okay and really will consider a different lease next time

I made an appointment for 8am. they did not start my truck until 930. I asked with is the point of an appointment and I was told there was 15-16 people in front of me. If that is the appointment process then it is pointless. The said they would wash my truck and it came back with grease all over the side and only half dry. The excuse was they knee I was in an hurry so they rushed it . I hope they did not rush the service on my truck.
