I called for an appointment, went there my name wasn’t appearing, it’s understandable it can happens, after describing the issue to Annette I left the car, the Issue with the car was that I wasn’t able to start the car due to the wrench light and over the phone the person who talked to me described me all the procedure on how they gonna try to find the issue, as he told me that $150 is required for a full electronic inspection, but since the car had the engine light on as well the “mechanic” was unable to diagnose the car, Annette told me over the phone what happened and she also told me that to proceed they should add another $150 for the engine light to check, because every lights that comes to the dashboard it’s $150 or as Annette said $150 per concern, it doesn’t matter how much the car it’s worth it, if you have 5 light on your dashboard you have to pay each one $150! And after saying her that the request is unfair she replied saying that I can take the car fix the engine light and bring back the car, I bought the car to get diagnosed not to talk with a person who isn’t even a mechanic , I decided to take the car and after going there she started confirming the same thing I asked to see a manager, the reason why I asked to see a manager is because the person on the phone said $150 a full inspection/diagnose and Annette says $150 per concern! The manager acted like he is god on earth, very arrogant and even unprofessional saying to me that he won’t charge because it’s doing me a favor, so they weren’t unable to diagnose the car and they acting like they saved my life, I replied to him he can’t charge me because I didn’t receive any service from them and also I reminded him that acting like this is worst than thieves! And I have 4 cars of different car dealer and I never received sth like this, no professionalism, no respect, and a lot of arrogance!

Waited over 3 hrs in the waiting room. Paper work sitting in the bin waiting for pickup. Probably would have waited longer if I did t check on the status. Also got no information on the Sync software update I requested.
