Annette is an outstanding representative of what excellent customer service is all about. I’m a loyal ford owner of two Harley Davidson trucks, a Suoer Snake Mustang, and still own my first 69 cougar, so I look for that special attention of excellent customer service.
While being attended with much care by Annette, I learned that Annette took the time to pick up another loyal ford customers truck for service who is elderly and maybe incapacitated even though it was her day off. She shared how she feels a special bond with loyal customers that have been there over the years. This level of dedication to service isn’t taught.
