The term Quick Lane is misleading . No appointment required . I was there for 2hrs finally walked out to check for an update & could see my car parked & finished then finally got billed out. So the term Quick Lane should be (First Available) I understand when you are overloaded but the Customer Should be advised or rescheduled for another day for standard service.
