Being offered 1 “option” for oil in an oil change isn’t offering any option at all, especially when I’m paying $83.00 for an OIL CHANGE! I guess ford only allows synthetic oil only now for the Fusion, but Pablo could explain that. I’ve gone to Ken Grody for years and this guy Pablo just ticked me off and I just felt blown off.
I will be going somewhere else next time.
