I brought in my KG Customs Ranger that I pay the premium maintenance plan for. I was first in line in the morning. I waited for about 3 1/2 hours for my truck to receive an oil change, inspection, alignment, and wash. After 3 1/2 hours, I got a ride home. I had a camping trip that night so I called at noon to see if it was done. They said that it was done and ready for me to pick up. I came right away to find that it was not ready. Not only was it still covered in dirt and mud, but they told me that they were taking care to wash it right then. Just before my truck came out, a man’s black raptor came out looking perfect. I don’t expect perfection but covers i dirt still is not what a wash. Additionally, I noticed when I got home that my KG customs hitch cover had been broken. I was pretty bummed with my experience. Every other time I’ve come in, I’ve had excellent service.
