Every staff member that I had came in contact with we’re all so amazing and professional and courteous. Customer service was great. Everyone made sure that I was OK and that I was helped out by another staff member instead of just hanging around they made sure to let me know every step of the way what was going on with my car. This was my first time here at this dealership and it was a great experience and I definitely will be going back. I’ve been to the Ford dealership in Huntington Beach and I refuse to go there again for any service that needs to be done to my vehicle

Raul actually was a very nice guy, my problem isn’t with him since he is not the one that actually did the service. He did try to fix the cover that was not put on. Although his response to a couple of my concerns was rather disappointing, I’m sure he was just doing what he was trained to do. There are a number of reasons I regret bringing my car to Ken Grody Ford and I will never bring it back. Maybe if you offer to fix the things you messed up, like ripping my seat, leaving pieces off, putting things back in the wrong place, sloppy wiring, rattling shift knob, and lose objects rolling around in my trunk lid... other than that you lost a customer.
