I was almost completely satisfied with my service. Annette did a wonderful job at communicating with me regarding the timeline of the repairs I needed. I got out to pick up my car and the gentleman who brought it up was not wearing a mask nor gloves. Intern I was supposed to get into that car not knowing if he was well or sick. I do realize there is only so much that can be done but at this time when masks are required in most customer service jobs it would’ve been nice to feel secure

When we spoke on the phone he assured me he would make the job happen in about an hour and they got it done in a timely manner. Miguel checked on me when I was waiting in the lobby and gave me a time update. The man displayed good customer service and has a can do attitude. I was surprised he offered me a complementary wash even though my service was scheduled near service’s closing time.
Also want to mention the porter who took my truck and staff leading up to the service department were very kind and had a good attitude, even waved goodbye to me on my way out.
