I am dissatisfied with the service I received yesterday. I was given an estimate for the work I requested however was not told that the cost to replace my cup holder would be over $150.00. I would not have authorized that service had I been told that item cost specifically. I would have merely had the camera and trunk light repaired. The receipt I received made a false statement that I had specifically authorized that specific cost. The service agent did not think it important to disclose this costs prior to the work being done.
