I had asked to have the floor covering the steering wheel shaft checked when I brought my car in for oil change. My concern was the time before when I brought my car in for service and worked on it wasn’t put back. It was never mentioned and I had to call and come back the next morning and still left feeling like not much effort was done to answer and fix my concern.
