Tim in service always helps with enthusiasm and kindness. I lost my key to my 2019 SEL Escape, it is very expensive, even with our family discount $427.00 which is way out of line due to technology. Tim went the extra mile to save me money and checked my “Ford Pass” points program something that the “Director of Service” Eric Romanoff did not even bring up or suggest me to check...you would thing a ranking of his stature should have brought to subject. After 35 years of being a customer and over 30 cars Purchase/Leased asking him to see what he could possibly do, perhaps waiving the feed, he was very “rude” and started saying we’re not a charity case...and went on to say we have done a lot for you father and family ..which is true...but the street runs both ways, we have came to Ken Grody time after time, going back to 1996 , we have been dedicated to the Ken Grody Family, even at times when we were quoted better deals, the Neubauer family put their faith and in trust in Ken Grody and developed many great relationships with everyone. Honestly, Eric Romonoff’s approach to me as a not just any customer was plain rude. He also claimed to be a business investor, which he could have elaborated in what ways...the quality of his phone call and conversation will be escalated to Mr. Grody and Kurt Malecheh when I see him. Raul is a remarkable employee at Ken Grody. This guy goes above and beyond for the customers. He is the reason why I drive 50+ miles to get my service done. I trust him and I know he will take care of me. This type of customer service is hardly seen nowadays. Thank you Raul for being such amazing person and representing Ford and Ken Grody. If they ever needed ambassador, he should represent Ford and Ken Grody.

Miguel never helped me! I waited 10 minutes before someone addressed me. A lady helped me and she was very thorough. When I picked up my car Miguel wasn't at his desk again. Waited about five minutes before another gentleman helped me. Not sure if Miguel even works there.

Annette is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. i appreciate her. these pandemic times are tough. Annette brings a wonderful smile. thank you!!

Under the circumstances with the construction at your dealership and what’s going on with mask and 6 feet of distance. He was awesome he made us feel comfortable we kind of laughed a couple times about common interests, and he told me that he would call me on Monday and give me an update and he did.
