The update that was scheduled for the SYNC deleted all of my contacts information and I was NEVER advised that might happen. No one seems to know what happened and I still don’t have answers. Customer s should be warned so they can decide if they need information that has been stored before messing with the computer system in the vehicles.

The first customer service representative I was assigned was rude and disrespectful. He placed two forms in front of me without letting me know what they were or what to do with them. This happened after I complained he was late and he ignored me when I told him I had an issue with the camera in my car. I was then re-assigned to Henry who completely turned around my experience.
