Ken Grody is the best I’m so thankful for this dealership. The service department goes extra to give you great customer service. I got hurt on my job was not able to return the rental car being that I got a torn knee they called me up and offer to bring my vehicle to my home and pick up the rental car. They get five stars from me??????????

The reason I keep returning to Ken Grody Ford is because of the great service provided by Raul Rodriquez. He make a pleasant experience. The team does a great job but Raul is the interface. I have been returning for nine years mainly because of Raul.
