Ismael was very courteous, professional and helpful however, Ford roadside assistance and the tow company that is contracted were sub par. Unfortunately, the bad experience outweighs the service that Ismael provided.

Mr. Ismaeel Rodriguez was perfect, no complaints. HOWEVER, Ken Grody Ford has policies that make it clear customer is last at KG Ford and management is very poor.
I dropped my newly acquired used Ford Transit for recall service. The vehicle is work truck. I asked aggressively and politely for a free loaner vehicle - DECLINED.
I dropped it off by myself with an appointment at 7am on a cold rainy morning. I asked for an UBER or shuttle ride home - DECLINED. I waited in the rain and cold across the street at BofA for a ride home for 90 minutes and I was underdressed for the weather.
I finally got home and called Ford in HB and learned HB Ford offers shuttle service. I have experience with BMW and Premier Chrysler in Buena Park and HB. Both of them offer UBER as an automatic no brainer.
Needless to say, Ken Grody Ford is dead to me. You hate your customers. Management and ownership decisionmakers lost sight of what customer service means. Don't give me any of your covid BS about shuttles and UBER's. You are the only dealership in the area that stands their customers. You are the abomination.
I feel sorry for all your employees.

Annette was attentive to my needs as soon as I walk into the room. I really appreciate the gesture from her to lead me to the waiting room and pointing out the necessary information such as bathroom, coffee machine, and the sitting area. My truck is old. I have tried to take great care of it for the past 13 years. Unfortunately after the recall service, the passenger side airbag cover is now warped to the point where it is no longer flush with the dashboard. Additionally one of the clips on the bottom of the cover was damaged during removal. I know it isn't the technician's fault. Plastic clips are especially brittle on a 13 year old base model truck. But I also can't order a new cover because the color wouldn't match the rest of the aged dashboard. Once again I know there was really nothing that could have been done to prevent it. It just **** that the old vehicle had to be damaged in order to perform and airbag recall.
