I have always brought my car to KG for service so the history was complete. When I called for service prior to a road trip, Mario set me up for 3 services that had been performed a mere 10,000 miles ago. I was not impressed that he did not check my records, and if I had not gone back and checked, I would have spent a lot of money unnecessarily. I've never had this experience with KG before.

Excellent communication. Tim is professional and I got top notch customer service. He suggested a service that could have been done now or could have been done at the next service.
