Tim Prete was great. Since I waited for car, I was very happy it was done in a timely manner. Plus the carwash. However, the wait area in the showroom was not the best. The music playing was way too loud plus it was not "listening music". Another customer had to take his call outside be cause the music was so loud he couldn't hear. I also was unable to concentrate on the project I was working on. I did not complain to anyone but I feel that it should be mentioned. That type and volume of music was not very professional in my opinion. I purchased my car from Grody and have always had great service. Although there are Ford Dealerships closer to me I choose Grody to service my car.

My Ford Edge vehicle was scheduled and had an appt. to be service for the recall parts for the vehicle and after setting it to be done and Ismael called me that parts for the recall wasn’t there and needed to be rescheduled when the parts are in. So I said to go ahead with the other service maintenance. Anyway after it was all done I went back to pick up my vehicle. They didn’t even wash my car and they said they were going to do it when I checked my car in earlier. My whole day was wasted from this service. I’m very disappointed????????????????????????
