I was called at 7 am and told my we hi left was ready when I showed up at 4 pm my vehicle was not washed. Them they asked if I could wait another hour for it to be done ......9 hours wasn’t enough time? It was just very disappointing and I felt disrespected. Not that it was Mario’s or KG the fact that it took so long with I guess was getting the instruction on what to do was a bit disappointing. That said I wasn’t a fan of having to bring the car back for the same lack of power issue.
Now to just sum up, the car had the wrong head gasket on it and you could smell coolant in the exhaust (factory issue) and you guys changed it. The car was still a bit down on power and I did make mention of it.
Finally the engine light indicated multiple problems and for some reason you replaced or rebuilt the bottom end. You handed the car back and it was seriously slow.
I brought it back and you diagnosed a bad Cat changed that and now it’s running properly (thanks for that). But it leads me to believe it didn’t need a short block just a Cat from the earlier head gasket leak.
Either way thank you for the new short block

We are visiting from out of town when we realized our 2020 Raptor needed service. Tim fit us in and arranged a rental car. It was so convenient to have done. Especially with a long road trip to get home.
