I have a recall on my car parts were not available, Mario said he would order them and took my information and said he would call me back when available. I did not receive a call back after 2 weeks I stopped by the dealership. At this time he said he would not order him unless I brought the car in so he has ordered them currently told me it would take 4 to 5 days. He said he will call me when parts are available.
I am in need of other work on my car rear struts are leaking and I have a clunking like a bushing or bearing is bad when I drive over a bump or a pothole I am looking at taking my car someplace else for the service.

Once I arrived I received a ticket for my truck from an employee from who I do not know his name and he told me to wait to be serviced and that they would call with that ticket so I waited for over an hour and no one had told me anything and I asked him a second time and they told me I would be called once it was done, I never received a call and I went home to wait for my vehicle, I decided to go back after 2 hours due to not getting a call and when I arrived they told me they did not start my services and they would do it now that I arrived , I had an appointment and I ended up missing a whole day due to waiting for my truck to be serviced because nothing was started until I got there and basically there was no point for me to even make an appointment. This isn’t the first time that this has happened thankfully I make sure not to work or have anything planned because this seems to happen every time I come in to get my trucks serviced here.
