When I left my vehicle at the service center I got distracted and left with my keys. I contacted Mr. Rodriguez and he worked with me and the technician and waited for my return with the keys to be to service my vehicle.

I’ve definitely had better service in the past. There was lack of communication, I had to call to find out the status of my car. And when I called about the status of my car was told she didn’t know and it would probably be another day. Then 20 minutes later I get a text that it’s done. But once again I had to initiate the phone call.
