Every time we’ve come over here we have had issues. Don’t get me wrong we’ve had two very helpful people in the service department. However, we have bought many vehicles over our lifetime and in different states. This is one of the most disorganized and unfriendly dealerships we have ever been to. Also we are always promised a car wash and yes when we pick it up it is never wash. How does that happen? Just don’t tell us you’re going to do it then we won’t feel like we’re being lied to. We also had a rattle and they said oh it was just a loose license plate. Even though we show them exactly where it was the issue. We felt like they just did not want to deal with fixing it. There are other car places we can certainly go to and we plan on doing this. I will say the one person in service name is Ishmael was very professional and nice to deal with. But our overall experience at the dealership from the sales to finance to service has not been a positive experience. You were spending money to remodel your business but I would recommend you spend time training better employees.
