I have had my car in your shop 3x in 10 mos. the lease is not even a year old and the blue screen backup camera occurs daily and you never address the root cause and only update the modules. Online I see this is a nationwide epidemic and I want my cameras replaced. I am waiting for Miguel to call me back on cameras in stock.

Mario is a very good service rep. I was upset about our car having to go back to the dealership after it was just there 2 weeks before for maintenance. I was the first guy Mario saw that morning and I was not in a good mood. I really took it out on him for out car having to be there again. Probably started his morning off bad but he handled it real well. Later when I called to check up on the car I had totally apologized to him for my attitude.
