My oil was handled well, no surprise there. During the process of changing my wiper blades, someone accidentally broke my windshield. No big deal whatsoever because that, long with the intended solution was communicated to me immediately. Accidents happen but not everyone tells you, granted this couldn’t have been missed. But still, I always trust Ken Grody Ford and appreciate their direct manner of speaking.

Raul was great to work with, however upon getting our Excursion home, the keys are not allowing the car to completely start. The programming of the keys seems to have an issue and we need to bring them back to check what happened when they were programmed.

I came to Ken Grody for service on a referral from George at APG. George pointed me to Robert and Robert hooked me up with Annette. My Ranger has a modest suspension upgrade and I was experiencing a “creek” in the front end. My local Ford dealer would not even inspect the vehicle due to the modified suspension. I was very happy to discover that the service department at your dealership was willing to look at it. Steve Borio was the Tech that performed the inspection and within 15 minutes he determined the source of the noise. It was simply a dry steering stop which he lubricated. He then took me for a test drive to see if the issue was corrected. Steve went a step further and put my vehicle back on the rack to show me the location where the noise was originating. He then walked me over to the parts department where I was able to purchase the correct Motorcraft lubricant for further application. Steve went a step further and asked me if I had any further questions concerning my new truck and happily answered each of my queries. I was over the top impressed with the level of service I received from everyone at Ken Grody and they will now be my go to dealership for service and potential new vehicle purchases in the future. I am in the service industry myself and highly value a business that provides me with the service that I too strive to provide. Thank You
