Annette has been my family’s service manager for the last 5 years. We always had our routine services done and she always took care of us and went above and beyond to ensure we received great customer service. If we ever had any major issues she went out of her way to correct them and ensure we drove off happy. The Ford Motor company should seriously give Annette a raise because she goes above and beyond her jobs description for the Ford product and company name.
