We were late for our appointment. When we arrived, Christopher was on the phone with a customer. It was apparent the customer was distressed. Christopher did an excellent job of handling the phone call. In the meantime, he also printed out the work order for my vehicle. Can you quickly explain the work being performed and apologized for not being able to spend more time with us. I was quite impressed as I had to return to my office. He later called my wife, and again apologized. Very impressive customer service. My vehicle was ready for pick up earlier than quoted. Again, we were very impressed!
