2days have passed and even after several calls I have no clue about my vehicle yet. No one is updating or telling about the progress.

It took way too long to get a diagnosis that could have been done the same day. Prioritizing the diagnosis of vehicles should be the main focus of the service department in order to ensure that customers are aware of the time frame and plan accordingly. I had to cancel meetings with clients because I was without a vehicle and they could not provide/ offer me with a rental until the diag was done, I brought my vehicle in at 1pm, they close at 8pm. So what did they do with my vehicle with those 7 hours that it was there for? I understand this location was understaffed but no one should wait 2 days for a diagnosis that could be done with in the same day.
