Lied and lied and lied and my truck never got fixed.. now I need a new motor after he said it was just the batteries then the injector flooded my cylinder making the motor to hydroloc and now I need a new motor and he is trying to squeeze out of me 21000 and some change we careful

I had good customer service experience overall.
However I wanted to check transmissions on my truck but I have been asked to leave my vehicle at dealer for at least 3 days just to check it.
I don't think it is the best option. Hopefully you guys find other better solutions for the service.

I understand that making an appointment at a car dealer is a somewhat time invested endeavor. However, I was disappointed in making it an appointment and not getting a very quick diagnosis of my issue. Due to the length of the estimated time to evaluate my vehicle I had to go ahead and take my car back because it was going to be too long to have it diagnosed.
