I have extended warranty. I was told I needed a few repairs. Of course was told one was covered and if they were there was a deductible which was never mentioned when being offered but apparently is hidden in the paperwork. When we had factory warranty still I brought car in for service and was told a repair wasn’t covered because they found a liquid under the button. Last time I brought car here the car was here for a week longer than was told as well. Just seems like repeated issue after issue

I took my automobile today for oil change and works. I was told I needed a new battery which I purchased from you. When I got home I opened the hood of my automobile and I noticed the reservoir for the windshield fluid cap was missing. I also noticed that my installation for the battery was very unprofessional
