Call and scheduled work. Bring it in early Monday and i would get it back in couple days. Called 3 day later and told service got real jusy and my truck would need to stay through weekend and could be done mid week the following week.this completely unacceptable.
In end i got my truck at end of the original week it was taken in. But it took calls i should not have had to make.
Then to add isult i was given a DODGE RAM PICK UP ad a loner.
I am Loyal FORD through and through and to end uo with a loner OTHER than a FORD will never be acceptabke for any reason.
